I have successfully listed and sold many short sales in the Central Florida real estate market. I have been able to do this by having a full team of experts working for you. This team is comprised of successful real estate agents, highly trained and experienced support staff to keep you informed through the whole process, and a professional loss mitigation firm that focuses solely on bringing your short sale to successful conclusions. My experience with the mid-Florida real estate market dates back to 2002. My specialty is helping both buyers and sellers manage their expectations regarding the selling or purchasing a home.
My background before becoming a REALTOR® dealt with commercial loan default assessments so I understand the “behind the scenes’ mitigation process.
